Culture wise quite good. People who are there usually stay on throughout their career since it is stable and quite family friendly since senior managers and colleagues are usually married females with kids.

Progress wise is just a slow grind. And salary is average at best even though rail contract colleagues get MAC which is an additional mth of salary

Best part is that when things screw up, I will see the senior kan geong and ask the contractor to explain while they beautify the WhatsApp to send to upper management.
