The problem with public feedback is that it's very simplistic. "Just do X!" Anyone who's ever done any policy work knows that it's not as easy as that.

I guess that's what separates HQ officers from normal teachers. The latter just don't have that special quality in them.

By right should be done by both schools. But it’s ultimately your current school doing the ranking, they should excercise their due diligence to find out what you did in your previous school. However, you are new to the school and a C grade can be easily justified and your colleagues who is in school longer than you get a higher grade, one stone kill two birds.

Yeah guess you have a point from that perspective. Though when people say “can’t do”, they are implying that the person is incompetent at the job.

And that I find is quite inaccurate. Doing is a lot easier than teaching others. Applying your engineering knowledge is a lot easier than teaching others engineering. Because if people have questions, you better be able to answer. And as teachers , we get questioned a lot. Students can smell BS from a mile away. There’s google these days for them to fact check too.

The workers there simply adapt themselves to the culture of the workplace. That’s why so many of them are burnt out as they are serving the social economy but being judged with criteria which are not easily enforced equally across the board.

Unregistered If I get a reservist callup and the school's deferment request is rejected, there is nothing the school or even the Ministry can do right?
