I not from DBS but if what another poster suggest is true that DBS associate is 1 YOE and you actually have 3 then you have abit more wiggle room.

Yea this is still bad but not as bad as fake degree, totally faking a job experience that OP didn’t even hold or having some criminal record.

Even if they found out 2 years later, this is still grounds for instant dismissal. People have been fired after working a decade because HR somehow got wind that they had faked their degree. Granted this doesn't seem as egregious but lying on a resume is always bad practice.
