Unregistered My advice for both tracks:
- if in consulting track, do your 3 years get to consultant level and leave for tier 2 / MBB if youíre a rockstar
- if in tech track, learn transferable tech skills (excel, sql, AWS) then pivot to your enterprise SAP Salesforce workday datadog where you just integrate one technology.

Great exit ops with better wlb and way better $$$.
