You can observe the current staff in your firm.

The ISCA new measure seems like a trap to get the new batch of local undergraduates to serve accounting firms for 3 years.

If you have already cleared 4 papers within your course, you are very likely to continue with the last step (1 capstone + 3 yrs ATO)
In theory you are right, but is there any audit partner with only ACCA and no degree?

Not to my knowledge.

If you're gunning for the 0.01% chance of making it all the way up, probably still need degree.

To reclassify as a CA (Singapore) under this entry route, approved Associates (ISCA) will need to fulfill the following requirements within the Transitional Arrangements timelines applicable to them:

Completed the 5 days ISCA Pre-Admission Course (PAC) within the applicable timeline
(The last PAC session was held in December 2018)

PAC is long over since 2018.. why even bring it up now

Well... there are some of these ppl that comes in to boast abt their ca sg through 5days PAC+3yr SME experience.

And then on the other side there are also people of one zodiac round later come in here to boast abt their membership is better via the new scaq. Joke. If the scaq that great why need "make accountancy great again". Prestigious by giving exemptions and accelerated path to undergrads, another joke. Weaving scaq modules into current uni 3yr course of study, sound like very intense sia, need aaa to cope?

End of day, jhk still the clowns pwn us w their 3.5.
