I think most of them have ACCA certification. I'm not sure if ISCA will sign the MRA/RMA with ACCA. If they do, then they can also qualify for Ca sg.

What specifically about Orange's environment do you find better? I.e Work life balance, guidance, compensation package (from a1 onwards), more locals.

How would they affect your progression? Dont be a strawberry. If engagement is small, you can just clear yourself and ask an intern to sign off as preparer. For big engagements, there will always be staff. If you cant handle this, it just mean you are not SM material.

As an audit manager, I really don't want the resignation of seniors and juniors affect my career progression.
Can seniors and juniors stop resigning?

3.6k no bonus is basically 3.3k with 1 month bonus or 3.1k with 2 months bonus or $2,880 with 3 months bonus.
I would totally understand if no 2nd upper student should consider this.
