I wouldn't say good wlb. Services doesn't have good wlb. If its good wlb surely not services. GDS or other Dept.
I see GDS mostly very good. Own time own target, own set kpi so I think they have better wlb

Are u from GDS? I think only GDS feel the most pinched from this change. Services are those who didnt get good rating then will be upset
But GDS is bloated and needs rework. Maybe next week will have some reorg news

Actually what's your monthly salary and salary increments?
I suspect your salary is not that high, hence u feel is 2.5 months
IPB is no longer by months but rather an absolute amount and another Grade H with rating C+ may only get your 1 month equivalent

Actually they cannot depend on bonus. Have to know bonus is extra and a lot companies skim on bonus as bonus is something on top of it rather than mandatory

There are CPB which is corporate bonus, MDR is market differentials rate which means your skills are highly sought after, MVC is monthly variable components. Apart from corporate, these are not really bonuses
