Unregistered | Yes. It should not come as a surprise. Your RO would have given you some heads up during the mid year review or earlier for you to have sufficient time to address certain AFGs. | |

Agreed. Sometimes, parents are in better position to take action. Teachers should not do everything. Teachers should do what they do best. And let others do the rest. |

For point 2 on the vaping, apparently the same approach used against smoking is being used. Smoking has been around for decades and vaping is likely to persist. The soft approach is used by schools but it does not mean immunity. Parents can always step in to take action. |

WFH and eLearning were the best alternatives. Some fared better than others especially if they had more computing devices available. Was it a total failure? I think not. Was it a complete success? Nope, but the majority were fine. If another pandemic were to recur, similar outcomes would be expected. |

The person asking this qn is unlikely to be asking in good faith. Very possibly a troll who just wants to pin down a big number of “leave” days so they can continue to criticise fellow teachers / the service. These online trolls don’t have context of our continuous work streams/work pieces like national exam duties, IP and non IP planning (eg SOWs), CCA and CCD duties. Hence let’s continue to ignore the trolls. |
