It seems like DSTA is paying the best though in terms of overall package. Starting pay for FCH is 6200 and there is AWS whereas there doesnt seem to be AWS for the other companies

Not surprising given the tech specialisation. Of cos some people like those in the previous post, are simply not able to accept their agency is not the best

Nobody else in service has that kind of salary. Ministries have largely caught up already by giving fresh graduates MX12 at the start, the lowest at the moment is LTA, HTX, HDB that barely budged.
