Data is kinda oversaturated

SWE build better scales, when i say SWE it means actual engineering not developer kind that just take requirement and code blindly.

Borders opening up makes not difference, their quality is not there, there are just here to fill in the quantity gaps. We are getting 3rd rated engineers as 1st rated engineer prefer other countries

I also just got an offer. I am wondering how the growth opportunities are like there? What projects exactly can we expect to do? What skills will we acquire?

Compared to data analytics roles in other companies (be they tech or other consulting companies), how is the career prospect like if a fresh grad starts out there? How is the exit like?
