Depends a competent rpa developer can automate virtually any business process. A monkey will only be able to follow tutorial, copy code and perform low complexity automations.

Hmm in my experience the only instances where RPA is genuinely useful is when you are automating something that people don't want you to automate (e.g. scraping data, ticket buying bot etc.). If you're doing something that people want you to automate then they would already have provided proper API's rather than force you to rely on something like RPA (essentially GUI-based automation) which is known to be extremely brittle.

Many ppl see RPA as a simple tool to pick up, thats true if u have some basic coding knowledge. But as you get more proficient, you can combine RPA tool like UIPath, AA together with Python or C# to do unlimited amount of Automation and data analysis. I myself started with UIPath and AA, now I am combining them with Python, Power Automate and some trading platform bots to assist me in decision making. Make sure it is the right door. Agree with others that RPA is a something ITE/poly grad can do. Find something better.
