No Bonus

Despite meeting the target, there was no bonus this year. High attrition rate without replacement.

Can you do the same job for less pay?

Yes, then apply to join.

But prepare for lower pay.

Dyson is an MNC, they pay competitively according to your worth. You step into anMNC with only a degree under your belt with almost zero experience, no track record, no contributions, no connections and you are mulling over that 400-500 bucks when you have completely nothing to place on the table to negotiate with?

The starting pay is never as high as ST engineering, but the increment and prospects are as high as you can go and they change according to profits. If you aren't happy, you take your relevant experience and jump 3 years later to another MNC with more than 20% pay jump. Completely normal.

The only problem is if you have that ability to increase your worth.

But the way I read this forum is full of dumb fresh grads who are only good enough for ST engineering. And when they are lucky enough to land themselves in a MNC, they fall into depression and shock to realize MNCs really do work and will kick you out if you don't perform. As one former ST engineering guy once told me "wah, they really follow up and want to see what was updated last week".

cos every fresh grad think their internship is “real” work experience
