everytime after work, BO always laugh at MO, coz MO always last to go home. coz they need to wait for BO to shut down first. anything go wrong, MO gets scolded first. not much diff in pay wrt to work hours and stress levels.

Unregistered i am in sales/trading currently, previously from middle office. graduated from a loca uni engineering school with top 10 global ranking. To me, all BO and MO are the same. so the MO person shouldnt laugh at the BO person.

Unregistered Ops is not exactly at the front of the pecking order for retrenchment. not if you are already in a third party ops outsource company, like citco.
