Unregistered Hi!

There are really no suitable job for each person. On paper, it may look like a job is suitable for you but you need to work at that job to really know if it is. Spend a couple of months , minimally 3 months in each job to know if its suitable for you. Many studied till uni but doesnt pursue the field they studied.

You are still considered young, so you may want to look into different jobs for now.

Sinkies with CoC 1 Chief Engineer ticket are super rare (The only sinkie CEs I know are literally boomers who are due to retire soon anyway), and you will be hot commodity for shore based management jobs in your mid 30s if you stay the course.

If not then just start from the bottom as a assistant superintendent in a ship owner company.
If i have no gf or what now and no plans to BTO i alr stay, i know that singapore marine engineers and coc1 sg engineers to super duper rare, and is really a hot commodity. but because of those commitments that i wanna be with my gf thruout our milestone , i rather stay in sg. thanks for yr suggestions of assistant superintendent. i will take a look !
