Should compare annual remuneration.. btw, $200 lesser is not very bad..

Unregistered Iím drawing 5k plus in private and AGD offer me $200 lower for base pay. Understand that agd have mid year, end year, aws, PB and annual market adjustment for professional scheme which add up to 4-5 months bonus. Do you think is ok? feel sad that base decreases
