Depends on the role. I am MX10A and must manage a team, their work and manage 3 projects. Some MX10 just manage projects.

Unregistered Got a colleague reach mx10 at late 30s. He say don't want climb liao just cruise rest of the journey. Is that possible? Thought mx10 will have to take up substantially amount of work, mgmt likely throw work to him also. how would be be able to cruise.

Hi I am a fresh law graduate and applied for the post of Prosecuting Officer in MOM LSD.
Would appreciate information regarding the work culture - would one be expected to work OT beyond 7-8pm daily?
And the salary scales for newly qualified lawyer?
