Yes they are. Senior Legal Counsel is AD equivalent and they have the same MAS grade. Legal counsels in MAS are not seconded from AGC or Legal Service. Only certain roles within ENF are.

Second that. It is unlikely that u will be able to get 3 months bonus in MAS, average is 1.5-2 months. Hence, from a total pay package, u will lose out even if MAS is able to offer u a higher base pay.

Agree, rmb if you move on from MAS, your next employer will base it off your MAS salary and bonus which is lower than local bank. This may hinder your next move.
