Look There are two type of peoples in Accenture now

1. The people who are awake and know the problem of ACN, who refused to be enslaved by the system, and acknowledge the current system have a problem, there are many unfair promotion. Down with Mark Tham and Benny

2. The people who are stand with the company, see the issue lies with the worker, think whatever issue happen, is not the company fault. Loyalist with Mark and Benny. This type of people generally benefit from the promotion of the company. Always like to say "If you don't like the company so much...you are welcome to change...", "Maybe the problem lies with you, not the company...?" etc

Both side see other side as enemy

if u just want a stable job to work long long

u all better pray ur salary is not high

if salary high, a lot of ppl will poke u, and ask u for more

Once u go up 1 level, you cannot go down
