DXC is a garbage ass washed company full of off-shore devs
1st year employee bonus is 3k or half your monthly salary, whichever is lower, 2nd year is half month salary * 20%, 3rd year it's the same but *22%
thereafter every year it'll go up by 2%, capped at 30% max.

Hows DXC inside going as of 2024? Consultant salary is competitive?
Whats the annual bonus structure like?

Bro thinks it's that easy. Just grind leetcode and get into FAANG.
God tier logic lol

OP has two options:
1. Grind Leetcode hard for 1-2months (It's the amount of time it took me to grind, so it's reasonable.)
2. Work 2 years to earn the same amount of money someone would earn in FAANG for the rest of their life, example work 10 years to earn what the FAANG dude will earn in 5 years, 5 years extra of work. (The difference would probably be even bigger later down
If you think option 2 AKA, spending another 20-30 years of your life and career working to match the FAANG salary is better than spending 1-2 months grinding LC, then all the best to you mate.

Yup, they are working mostly on government projects. Direct competitor with NCS/ST Eng.
4.2k for junior developers is indeed very low. heard NCS is already paying 4.8k for junior.

NCS pays 5.1k now, i not sure about junior but last friday they offered me 5.1k, btw im from NTU comp science, not FCH tho i dunno if that matters or not

Was that too much to ask? I don't know. the whole reason I brought up NCS and ST Engineering were because their tech interviews are on similar difficulty levels with DXC and Accenture...
If someone asked about IT consulting companies, I wouldn't recommend FAANG to them. That makes 0 sense and I'm pretty sure they obviously can't get through their technical interviews hence why they're even asking about lower-tier companies in the first place lol but hey that's just me.
