Did not like the school system and would prefer the focus to be on degree classification. Nothing dirty in that there was no disciplinary action of any sort

Or would I have to restart as a contract staff again in Statutory Board B?

I understand inter-ministry transfer allows retainment of benefits, including permanent estab to be mapped over
u shd check with Stat Board B if yours' counted as lateral/horizontal switch within civil/public service instead of 2nd guessing

some posts in this forum seem to have mentioned before that the ministry or stat board might only offer contract, while retaining most benefits?

i know of someone who changed ministry and had to take a paycut

i guess can't always assume everything to stay the same...

the email offer has salary range and mx scale as well. not sure what's next for me
so long as nothing appears in the form of formal job offer or even pdf letter
