Once we sell our condo, we will have another S$1 mil in profits already. Total S$2 mil by investing in properties.
Really don't save much by working, only property investments give astronomical exponential gains.
With Population White Paper of 6.9 mil population by 2030, property sure huat.

I was excused from calls in third trimester
But I took exams immediately post partum and that was incredibly stressful coz I failed 1 year before. Luckily managed to pass the second time.
It was hard. Incredibly hard. Missed a lot of time with my older child.

suggest u go ahead with first kid during med sch.
if need be, take a leave of absence.
even my yllsom classmates, some took leave of absence during med sch (even though just early twenties). those that took gap year during junior HO/MO also nv regret it.
med is comfortable lah.
again HO is 5k, MO is 10k, reg is 15K, ac/gp is 20K annualised
but as LYK say if you are a woman, quickly go bear children first.
the in laws can take care
i just attended a funeral. served the biggest hospital in the south for 30 years.
zero. i mean like really zero ex colleagues came.
very sad not to have children. your colleagues wont rmb you. your patients wont rmb you.
only your family does.
