Unlike exams where you can leave blank and submit half done work, in real life you need to finish everything.
If that means needing to OT, then yes.

Bear in mind that new associates have to handle a lot of workload given that the seniors are leaving anytime. Can be more than 12 hours unfortunately at the start for weeks / months
