Just working effectively as a mo/bo guy for a few years in any of the BB bank would enable one to be in a position to afford down payment for a condo unit in a decent area. IF a spouse earns a reasonable salary, together both can afford a small unit in districts 9,10 11. That's how far the BB banks can offer to promising young grads! | |
