I don't understand why people still thinking of trying to do to these kind of foolish acts. You will get caught. Period. It may not be immediate but one day you will be. By that time your reputation and integrity you spent so much time and effort to build is finished. Singapore is really really small and words get around fast. Very fast. So don't.

It is definitely illegal as this is a form of fraud. If they find out, you get fired immediately for cause. If word gets around of why you get fired or your new employer asks, you are ggxx for life and can kiss all the high profile, high paying sweet jobs that you want so much goodbye forever...
