Though she did not go very far indeed with her leaving and the unfair promotion cited by commenters here, so there's still some truth in it. The earlier the management can acknowledge the propensity of unfairness in promotions and be willing to fix the system, the lesser we see of talented individuals leaving the firm unfulfilled
