I work as Sub-con last time, something like the following

Adecco -> NCS -> MHA and SLA

So i put Adecco job agency in resume or NCS or MHA

What i put now in resume:
NCS (Sub-Contract):
- Deputed in SLA (2014 - 2016)
- Deputed in MHA (2016 - 2018)

During interview, only ask what i do in that job, no sensitive question, at most ask which agency is that. Most of them not interested which company hire you but where you work in.

Is there flexibility to do so?
I don't know what does client / agency company means but parent company's name instead of the actual company that they're working in?

That's stupid as **** and a huge red flag for HR...

So many people like to flaunt. Just look at those exchange students, 1 term in overseas they just claim their degree from there. LOL
