Unregistered Any can shed light on pay progression in the major real estate firms? CBRE, JLL, C&W?
Especially for teams within advisory (capital markets, asset management...)
Especially the jump in pay from analyst to senior analyst, associate etc..
Thanks!

Okay jokes aside, if you are really pretty and efficient, try out SLA Compulsory Acquisition / SLA Lease and Tenancy Management.

They do have overseas opportunity. At the same time, they study why acquisition takes place. How to better SG's limited land by squeezing Stinkaporeans dry.

A Career in Commercial Real Estate (Think CBRE, JLL, C&W)

Hi all,

What are your thoughts about a CRE career in Singapore? I am a finance graduate, but I have an interest in Real Estate as well. Currently interviewing in one of the graduate trainee programmes (JLL/CBRE) in Singapore and if anyone has any idea what the gross monthly salary is, that would be very useful too. For me, I see REPE as a good exit option in the 5 year mark as a convergence between real estate and investments. I believe departments like Capital Markets/Investment sales are the most "prestigious" and related finance roles in these large companies, but happy to hear someone correct me or give their opinion.

Most resources online such as WSO usually talk about CRE in the US-context; was hoping to start a conversation about RE careers (with a investment-tilt) in Singapore

To be clear, I'm NOT talking about a career as a property agent.
