Passion to serve? Not so sure. Cos if they really are passionate, they wouodnt be complaining about bonus.
Okay no passion so lets go serve HKMA and DFSA instead. Surely MAS peeps can sell some "experience" over there

Just a Singaporean trying to make a living. Dont talk passion as if it replaces salary.

If you read carefully, the post is to people who may not know. Someone already said recently HR is monitoring, if that true, why do you think HR that is so busy will do so?

As for your next comment, hey what makes you think anyone would mind too much to share their opinions and factual experiences of work at MAS in real life with anyone who has interest to listen?

As long as you dont go posting things that could identify a person causing reputation damages and having no supporting evidence on what you post, i dont think people are so free to hunt you down.

Notwithstanding that hacking/pulling strings to identify people who make benign comments online just to target them is a crime itself

I thought this post say hacking/pulling strings to id people is a crime? Are you insinuating that mas partly owns salary.sg? So much so that it can go into secret data? @@, Wow if it is, then this is damn big revelation man!

In terms of naming and shaming...I think most complaints here are because people suffer tons of wrong here, suffer in silence and that's why taking to this place to let it out :/
Well I feel you, let it out if it’s valid feedback but the point is just be sensible while going about it. Don’t give people a reason to go after you irl. Examples might include posting factually untrue stuff they can easily rebut. This is different from opinions where some different groups of people might take different view, if you got something to support your view.

The thing is sometimes people let down guard posting anything they want online thinking it is anonymous, but that is totally falling into the trap. Another simple illustration, those mentimeter they use for polls, you would think it’s anonymous right? Once, someone mentioned, oh, they later discovered it was the same poster posting certain answers. To me, those answers were not even that controversial! Anyway I don’t know how or what exactly they check, but this and other incidents suggest to me that sometimes they may not focus so much on the feedback but who is the one who said it! So to repeat in case it’s not clear, the trap is giving people a reason to go after you irl.
