The agency I am seconded to has people like this. Business side SAD/AD don't want to write submissions to DD/D/SD then arrow us to write then still ask so many questions. Somemore the question they ask has already been answered in the same email trail or email attachment. Work with them until si bei dulan.

How to compete with OGP like this? U think Mr Lee will ever allow such bureaucrat to even join OGP? Not to mention about lag in remuneration, process etc. we are ‘designed’ to be ‘disrupted’ by OGP. That’s the “reality” we got to know after yesterday. Such a good change management effort.

I thought I was attending a business undergrad case challenge presentation … so raw and theoretic and out of touch that show lack of engagement with true stakeholders.
