Hmm, since they'll contact my current min HR, should I just let my current supervisors know that I'm planning to leave (even though I haven't secured the other job yet)?

Thanks!
Maybe you let the new Min know to inform you after the interview if they are going to do ref check? Since if they still want to do ref check after the interview, it probably means that you have a high chance of being hired by them.

So if they say they want to do ref check after all the interviews are completed, you can sound out your supervisor to give them a heads-up~

Yes they will contact your current min HR, but you can always let them know to ask you before they contact.

Lol what makes you think going to another ministry will be better. It's more about the job scope rather than ministry I would say. Policy and frontline ops roles are more xiong

Referral

For the referral part,

Usually is at what stage they will contact? Becos I did not put in any.
The hr will contact my current boss before processing the application?
Becos I do not want my current company to know I am looking for another job.

Status : Just submit the job application

Please advise!
