I am familiar with the frustration from inefficient manual processes and migration to different or overlapping systems every now and then. But would TG block if it’s part of their KPI?

Not surprising. Because one side always build up, another side tear down. Or one side want to build, but other side keep blocking until cannot succeed. The only thing that transform is happy faces to angry faces.

When I am at level 8 sometimes I see people who look like tech staff hanging out there (can hear their convo). If they have a nice place to chill at work, presumably they can be more productive?
