Is this for GS/JPM? from what i heard is usually not so fast for BBs

Usually for fresh grads it takes around 3 working days, but if it takes longer for you means they managed to dig up something and most likely you won't get the offer anymore

Unregistered i was told by HR to submit documents for background check. Does anyone know how the process works? like when will the offer letter and start date be made known. what is being checked for background check and how long it takes?

i googled online and i saw many from other countries say it will take 4 to 6 weeks or even longer but unsure if it is relevant to SG

No AVP and some roles do not have the senior associate position

What division did you apply for? Surprised there are still slots for 2021 graduate intake.

Unregistered I'm currently still in the process of interview for this year's direct hire graduate intake, for JPM.

HR Interview - Apr 22, notified on outcome on Apr 26
Interview with line managers - Apr 28, notified on outcome on Apr 29
Interview with department heads - May 6, still awaiting outcome.

So JPM actually responds quite fast for direct hires, FYI
