Stop listening to tunnel vision people.

There's no need for that level of expertise in-house.

They can engage consultants or academia or contractors.

They learning management of science and technology.

Technical focus of DSO

For companies like DSTA and GovTech, I've heard that their technical skills aren't really up to standard and are mainly doing PM work (just a sweeping statement of course). How about DSO? Very similar amount of increment to DSTA. Approx 200-300 a year.
