As an investment banker, or a SWE? I don't think so. But for DBS, UOB, OCBC? sure, private degree also can.

Based on what are you saying "no exit opportunities"? People in BBs are sought after by recruiters day in day out, they're considered the elites in a sense, and pay increment is so much better in BBs compared to local banks as well. There's a reason why elites are going to BBs instead of like DBS that takes in pretty much everyone lol.

Unregistered Just completed interview for VP tech role in UOB. HR mentioned they are sending package for approval and will get back once its approved. Any folks here knows how long this process usually takes? Also if anyone can share the salary range for VP1 in UOB
