Really? Thought most people would hesitate to burn bridges, except in cases where they feel they were really wronged. If that’s the case, wouldn’t most people give the usual reasons for leaving like wanna do something else, higher pay and whatnot?

Anyway, unless someone has really done you wrong, naming and shaming doesn’t really benefit anyone. From other perspective, they may also take the view any managed reshuffle was for the greater good, more efficient, better performers to replace and so on. And how would you show otherwise, without all sides wasting a lot of time to try and prove their point? If people don’t wanna listen they don’t wanna listen

Nothing is all bad or all good, a lot depends on who you need to work with. If you have a look at the comments on other agencies, they are even more pointed, here considered quite good already!

But I think the main purpose of identifying certain kinds of behaviour here and what not, is to give people a "true" picture of this organization. It's not a bed of roses like what is portrayed out there, people should not only know the good, but have just as much view of the horrific before they join...

So far don’t think anyone has been identified, the only identifiable person had good things said about them. Hahaha. Shows that if people are blameless, no need to fear forum opinions?

As long as you dont go posting things that could identify a person causing reputation damages and having no supporting evidence on what you post, i dont think people are so free to hunt you down.

LMPO

Are you one of those who got grudge against TG? I certainly don’t. MAS is far from the most digitalised workplace around, but I don’t think it’s solely a TG problem. For me, basic facilities like IT clinic work, the people there are friendly and helpful.

You also on wrong track. People talking about calling out IRL. As for your comment, obviously you don’t know enough to know that if people really want to trace who you are, they don’t need to do it themselves. The only question then is what is the cost of taking up this exercise. IYKYK!

Yeap spot on on that. A lot idiots here just trying to smoke and play the bluff game to deter people from posting honest views. Call it and post it!
