The last revision was in 2016, and I got 10%, hope it stays the same for this round.

Any idea will the increment take place this year during our mid term bonus?

I have worked in both public and private hospital. Joined RH then Private. I would said that the salary is quite similar in terms of title, with Private eking out with a slight higher percentage. There are courses in both public and private for your professional and personal development.

I am with the biggest private hospital in sg but I feel the workflow is a bit lagging and worse than public.

Do they have a salary cap, similar to the ministries, e.g. MX11 $6xxx-$7xxx ?

What is the monthly gross salary of a procurement manager in RH?

Are there various grades in RH and if there are, what are the norm grading for managers?

How is progression like in RH? (e.g. Manager>Assistant Director>Director)
