I have worked in both public and private hospital. Joined RH then Private. I would said that the salary is quite similar in terms of title, with Private eking out with a slight higher percentage. There are courses in both public and private for your professional and personal development.
I am with the biggest private hospital in sg but I feel the workflow is a bit lagging and worse than public.
