What is whose side you are on? I thought there’s only one side to be on, which is your bosses.

Promotion. Personally I think it’s unfair that some people who only has a few years of relevant experience can get promoted just from one or two shiny new project. And cos of quota squeeze out others who are arguably much smarter, far more years relevant experience and many other projects, even if they are not as shiny. If you look at past shiny projects, over the years some of the shininess have faded, or got superseded, which is why the implementation are then deprioritised.
MF ah.. Hehehe, then you have to be smarter loh, so as not to get MFed. Cos here, there can really be alot of MFers

Anyway your boss told you there is no office politics? Which office has no politics de? It is just how bad it is. Seriously is from another planet (joking)......

Really? Thought most people would hesitate to burn bridges, except in cases where they feel they were really wronged. If that’s the case, wouldn’t most people give the usual reasons for leaving like wanna do something else, higher pay and whatnot?

Anyway, unless someone has really done you wrong, naming and shaming doesn’t really benefit anyone. From other perspective, they may also take the view any managed reshuffle was for the greater good, more efficient, better performers to replace and so on. And how would you show otherwise, without all sides wasting a lot of time to try and prove their point? If people don’t wanna listen they don’t wanna listen

Nothing is all bad or all good, a lot depends on who you need to work with. If you have a look at the comments on other agencies, they are even more pointed, here considered quite good already!

It's not a bed of roses like what is portrayed out there, people should not only know the good, but have just as much view of the horrific before they join...

So far don’t think anyone has been identified, the only identifiable person had good things said about them. Hahaha. Shows that if people are blameless, no need to fear forum opinions?

As long as you dont go posting things that could identify a person causing reputation damages and having no supporting evidence on what you post, i dont think people are so free to hunt you down.
