land cost 650 psf ppr
add 400 for cost etc 1100psf
launch maybe 1500psf?
Not so worth isn't it. Might as well buy tanah merah resale condo. can get tenant immediately.
but even then over there have problem getting tenant. urban vista have unprofitable transactions.
so thread carefully to "invest" in such ulu ulu condo.
my personal take.
if cheap enough can try. depend on pricing.

Not always true. Depend on price. If it's sky high price then good luck trying to offload it for 10 years. You will get a steady supply of tenants, though.

Been staying here for many years, nice and serene place. So any new condos like https://pasir-ris8.com.sg/ will really be a great addition to Pasir Ris haha.
So now I'm just curious to find out what everyone thinks this and whether it's a good investment.
