Accenture just do paper work la.
My friend internship there they don't trust him to code. Also he won't be long enough to fix the bug.
So end up he just prepare specs. Design spec. Etc. Just paper work. Very boring one. And sit at client side. Lousy laptop prlovided... It wasnt a nice experience. And he seen it. And he never join Accenture after that.

In the longevity of working life (50 years) nobody is going to care where you intern for 4.5 months.

Why? Cause I ask my colleagues where they intern.
Some even tell me their degree doesn't have internship. Or they never opt for inter ship.

And another thing I learn also alot of people also just hide their past unglam sme work experience. And just highlight that they work in ncs for 10 years. Never mind that 5 years they job hop many sme... And that's important enough liao.

Role
Desifnarion
Current pay.
Brand name is last
Nice to know your industry doesn't care for internship brand names when hiring fresh grads. In mine the difference between a brand name and an unknown SME, all else equal, determines whether HR junks your resume or passes it on to the hiring manager.

Unregistered Govtech is a good brand what.
I have a lot of colleagues from NCS migrate to there.
Colleagues from Accenture migrate to there.
Colleagues from ST migrate to there.

The best selling point of govtech is they are willing to pay good money to attract back the top tech talent. Even from overseas.
Thats why the internship also higher paid.
Cause they intend to attract you and hire you.

So... Let them.

Brand only important in the first few job..

After a while, you just hop across branded company. Cause one brand opens you up to another brand.
And you just collect them all in your resume.

So just choose the highest paid for your internship. Period.
Nobody takes your internship company seriously.
