I once had to go through 4 interviews (with 1 interview left) and at each interview I felt I aced it. But the last interview didn't come for 3 weeks (considering the turnaround time for the interviews before used to be 1-2 days at most). The last interview finally came and I got the job. When I got the job I asked my boss why it took so long for the last interview and he told me it was because they were considering someone else but due to contract issues the person didn't take it up and I was the second choice. Point being, the reason could be for anything. I would just drop a text/email to the HR or the point of contact and see what they reply. |

A degree from a real university, or a lower than toilet paper 'degree' from a fake, for-profit, distance learning, private mill? If it's the latter, obviously rejected because you are a SIM doggy. No hope. Apply for grab driver/McD cashier. |

If it's positive, you do internship for 3 months in this company... Then now found a job put.. If its negative, I join 3 months realised I don't like the culture then I quit or I didn't pass the probation period, don't put.. Or I joined Google for 3 months but realised the position is more for sales and not really tech and I'm looking for an opportunity for tech, that's why I'm here... Put... Or I joined tan ah low Pte Ltd to do software but realised the company no prospect, so I quickly quit... Don't put.. |

Unregistered | Just curious, is it good to include a past work experience in the resume that only lasted 3 months or should just omit it? Will they care much about it?

Unregistered | I have offers from civil service which took less than 1 week and offers from private sector which took close to 2 months. so it really varies.
