yes. but there are a few chio ladies working there. easy to enjoy during night shifts when things get slow.

Unregistered Was recently offered OE role. Thinking of accepting it but abit worried of not being able to adapt to shift work. Is the hours really very bad (alot of things to do during off days)? Also, roughly how's the shift allowance and is there a good chance of being posted to overseas terminal?

Yes, I said at the quickest. Also depends on your own performance and how you manage to stand out and get noticed.

On the contrary I know of ppl who left bcas it the progression is quite slow (seems like average around 8 years or more)

E -> SE (2 years)
SE -> AM (2 - 3 years but most people take 3 years)
AM -> DM (3 years at minimal - depends on various factors such as your performance, team structure, budget, etc. some people don't get promoted even within 3 years and leave)
