AlexanderOgden For me, it was all very complicated and confusing because when I applied for a mortgage, I knew nothing about mortgages and interest rates. I took out a floating-rate mortgage on my house, even though it was a risky decision because this type of rate is very unstable, even though it is much cheaper. I have managed to almost finish paying off my mortgage at this point, but there is still a little more than six months left. When I had this same issue that everyone here is talking about, I didn't take too long to worry about it and sought advice from Mortgage Advice Cardiff . We worked it out quickly.
