Depending on the stat board. Stat board with inflated titles usually is like this: Manager -> Senior Manager -> Assistant Director -> Deputy Director -> Director -> Division Director -> and so on. In Private context it will be: Executive -> Senior Exec -> Assistant manager -> Manager -> Senior Manager -> Director level -> and so on. |

They usually just require the applicant to meet the min requirements to be considered. And they usually consider those with slightly more than what they require. No fixed rule. |
