LeahHodges Assistant Director is not considered as a director. I work as an Assistant Director and I do not have the same rights and responsibilities as my director. To some extent, I am happy about this, because a couple of days ago, my director received a misfeasance claim. He is now looking for misfeasance solicitors to protect himself. I do not know how this story will end, but I hope that everything will be fine. As far as I know, my director already found a great solicitor who knows all about such cases.

Plot twist: he interviewed but got rejected still. Yes twice now by DBS.

Pardon this guy. He just realised there are SIM grads last year in MTI while he’s not struggling to even land an interview at DBS (where he interned before). And yes, he didn’t get converted.

Unregistered Depending on the stat board.

Stat board with inflated titles usually is like this:

Manager -> Senior Manager -> Assistant Director -> Deputy Director -> Director -> Division Director -> and so on.

In Private context it will be: Executive -> Senior Exec -> Assistant manager -> Manager -> Senior Manager -> Director level -> and so on.
