lolapaluuza Good afternoon! I would like to recommend you https://newoldstamp.com/ for creating an email personal signature. It is automatically integrated into the end of every letter you send, and you do not have to write it every time with your hands. It can be useful if you often work with email and want your letters to look official. Good thing if you are sending out your resume to various companies.

For the 2nd question: Yes you can do that, but the chance for you to land a job is lower than the one you qualify. I've seen some case the applicants can land a job which they don't 100% qualify but they work hard and have a good attitude, so they can still manage it well.

For the 3rd question: Yes, why not? In some case, it even is a competitive advantage for you compared with other applicants because you have a better understanding of the industry.

Here is some advices from recruiter for those who stuck in the job search
For Q2, sure if I understood your first sentence correctly. Anyway HR's do sometimes convert a leader role in scope A to a non-leader role in the same scope to recruit you if your experiences don't qualify for the lead role right?

Usually is it ok to HR recruiters if you....

1.
Apply for, say 5 positions, that may or may not be relevant to each other? It could be like 3 jobs in scope A and another 2 in scope B (manager VS techical or software VS hardware etc). Will they think you're fickle minded?

2.
Apply for a position who's scope is what you like, but don't qualify in some ways. In a sense you applied just to aim high and hope you can manage to land on a more junior position in that same scope.

3.
Tell them you also applied to their competitors or actually worked in their competition's company before?

What would go through their mind in these situations?
