And I think I have been doing grade H role all these while. But when I was interviewed in, guess they not so confident hence I was place grade G

But I do have 10+ YoE

Thats why the promotion criteria changed. And I think they want to show example to others

BUT, the citeria from H upwards remain uphill battle. Because its all about whether there role is required and got space for u to move up or not

Example senior DBA. Not a lot ppl want senior DBA. Expensive, might as well hire 2 grade G DBA. U get what I mean

But its still a good change.
