Just saying, CPF contribution is capped annually (i think around 30k plus) so you can't contribute 11k per month. His 2k plus is likely correct.

I think you guys never earn enough to encounter this issue so its understandable haha

Yes, but for the sake of entertainment, I just give him the right decision. So if what he said is true, then my advice is correct.

after 10 years worth the same

D9, 10, 11 condo 1.8m freehold, 10 year later, enbloc 3m

masemakum This question is on your mind, is it safe to buy property when the pandemic is still ongoing? I was offered a housing unit in Indonesia, namely the Villa Bogor Indah housing, but I was still thinking deeper about buying it.
