Unregistered i don't' think you need advice.. you already have the answer and it's financially sound.

I have a bigger issue.. i lost my job due covid.. another company offered me a procurement/project role with 10% pay cut. it's totally new field.. not sure if it's worth the career switch.

im currently holding a manager positions in an engineering field SME pte company, salary 5300$ + AWS, and increment every year mainly around 3-5%..no variable bonus as all this years company “not making money”

recently, there is job hunter approached me and i have an offer from another company for the position of engineer with the starting salary of 5800$ and adjust to 6000$ after probation.
