Unregistered just tell the new HR you already left, and can start immediately. then tell him/her ur last payslip is prorated, and do they need the previous full month payslip.
the point is, just be honest, dont hide anything. if you're the candidate they want, it shldnt matter that much. what's more, it's good that u can start immediately now, instead of the 1 month notice

wasabichrashidon do you mean by giving 2 months of payslip: prorated month and the month before?

first round of interview happened during notice period in point 2. so is not wrong to answer back 1 month right?

Unregistered give the last 2 months payslip. and tell new HR you already left ur previous job. not an issue unless u lied about something during ur interview

advice pls

some advice pls.

1) you had this job interview from new company during your notice period in the current job (ie left without a job)

2) new company hr asked how long is your notice period during the job interview and you mentioned 1 month during the first round interview. (technically you are still in the current job)

3) the second round interview was only held 1 month later due to time constraint. and you managed to do well got the new company job offer. by then you have already finished serving 1 month at your current job.

4) you need to provide latest payslip (current job previous month) for the new company to process your job application. but you know that the latest payslip you have is prorated and theres encashment of leaves etc.

what will you do? what kind of payslip will you give?

new company doesnt know you left current job..
